One of the most beautiful pavilions of Floriade 2012 developed by Tinker Imagineers, which was later transformed into a travelling phenomenon. To do justice to the great diversity in Dutch agriculture and horticulture we spoke with multinationals, shepherds, marketers and dairy farmers. In spite of their differences, their shared passion for living products and their desire to innovate were unmistakable. Documentary maker André Kloer captured this beautifully in 29 portraits, which were served up at a long amuse bar annex conveyor belt. Whenever you put an amuse-bouche on your placemat, you are served an accompanying passionate portrait. And there you have it, the Netherlands in bloom is on the menu.
